Larry Buchanan is a freelance designer, illustrator, coder, and journalist for The New York Times.
I hope my work makes the world a little more beautiful, a little easier to understand, and a little bit more fun to be in. I teach design and code at General Assembly in New York, write a column for McSweeney's and am a regular contributor to the Society for News Design. I recently joined the graphics desk at The New York Times.
